Overview
Your sunset camel ride in Agafay Desert begins with pickup from your hotel or riad in Marrakech. From there, we drive south out of the city and reach the Agafay Desert in about 40 minutes.
Agafay is a rocky desert known for its open plains, rolling hills, and peaceful views just outside Marrakech. When you arrive, meet the camel guide and get ready for your ride.
From here, ride through the open desert as the sun starts to set. The ride lasts around 1 hour. The camels are gentle and steady, so even first-time riders can enjoy the experience.
After the ride, you can return to Marrakech or choose the optional Moroccan dinner show under the stars. This option includes traditional food, warm tea, and live music in the open desert.
At the end of the experience, your driver takes you back to your hotel, riad, or the nearest accessible point in Marrakech.
